Miguel Chávez is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Mental Health Professional (MHP). He received his MA in counseling from Loyola Marymount University (2019) in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to joining ºìÌÒÊÓƵ, Miguel worked in community mental health centers, group practice, non-profits and higher education. Miguel’s theoretical orientation is grounded in a humanistic approach with an anti-oppressive lens and an emphasis on the LGBTQI+ and BIPOC communities. Miguel utilizes solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and multicultural approaches. (LH61505610)
